Job summary

CLEF Skincare, a local skincare brand, is seeking a Beauty Adviser to greet and assist customers in selecting Clef products that best meet their needs. You will provide personalized skincare consultations and demonstrations while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product ingredients and brand story.

The role emphasizes achieving sales targets, ensuring an appealing store presentation, and handling POS transactions with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Beauty, Retail, or related field is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail or beauty industry preferred (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers in selecting Clef products that best suit their needs.
• Provide personalized skincare consultations and product demonstrations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Clef’s products, ingredients, and brand story.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing according to brand guidelines.
• Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.
• Support promotional activities, product launches, and in-store events.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and store operations to management.
• Uphold Clef’s brand image and standards of professionalism at all times.
