Job summary

CLEF Skincare is seeking a friendly Beauty Adviser to greet, engage, and assist customers in selecting Clef products that best suit their needs.

You will provide personalized skincare consultations, demonstrate products, and drive sales while upholding Clef’s brand image and store standards. The role requires strong communication, a positive, team‑oriented attitude, and the ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum education as stated: SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Beauty, Retail, or related field is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of retail or beauty industry experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proactive, positive, and team‑oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers in selecting Clef products that best suit their needs.
• Provide personalized skincare consultations and product demonstrations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Clef’s products, ingredients, and brand story.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing according to brand guidelines.
• Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.
• Support promotional activities, product launches, and in-store events.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and store operations to management.
• Uphold Clef’s brand image and standards of professionalism at all times.
