Job summary

AS Watson Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to deliver friendly service, replenish stock, operate as cashier, promote VIP card, and provide skincare advice. You will participate in events and ensure promotion execution.

Ideal candidates communicate well in Bahasa Melayu and English, have a pleasant personality, and are able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. Malaysian citizens preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
• Support store replenishment and housekeeping.
• Maintain stock levels at all times.
• Cashier duties and promote Watsons VIP Member Card.
• Provide skincare advice to customers.
• Provide customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Responsible for stock replenishment and promotion execution.
• Actively participate in roadshows/corporate events.
