Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver friendly, professional customer service in-store. You will assist customers, manage stock levels, and support promotion execution while promoting the Watsons VIP member program. The role requires a positive, energetic attitude and good communication.

Fluent Bahasa Melayu and English are preferred; Malaysian citizens only; shifts, weekends and public holidays are required. Experience in beauty or promoter roles is an advantage.

Qualifications

• SPM/ Diploma/ Certificate in beauty or makeup is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Pleasant personality with strong drive and excellent communication.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills; adaptable and result-oriented.
• Outgoing personality with high energy.
• Malaysian citizen.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Promoter experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Assist in replenishment and maintain store housekeeping.
• Maintain stock levels at all times.
• Operate as cashier and promote Watsons VIP membership.
• Provide skincare advice to customers.
• Deliver in-store customer service and sales.
• Handle stock replenishment and promotions.
• Participate in roadshows and corporate events.
