The role requires Bahasa Melayu and English language skills, a pleasant personality, strong communication, and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Experience in promoter roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
• Support store overall replenishment and housekeeping.
• Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.
• Be a cashier and promote expertise in Watsons VIP Member Card.
• Provide skincare advice to customers.
• Provide customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Responsible for stock replenishment and promotion execution.
• Actively involved in roadshows/corporate events.
