Job summary
Watsons Malaysia is seeking a retail associate to deliver friendly, professional customer service and support store replenishment and housekeeping. You will operate the cashier, promote the Watsons VIP Member Card, and provide skincare advice to customers.
The role requires Bahasa Melayu and English, strong communication, and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Malaysian citizens preferred; promoter experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bahasa Melayu and English required.
- Pleasant personality with strong drive and good communication.
- Good interpersonal and follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
- Outgoing personality with high energy.
- Malaysian citizens only.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Preferably with promoter experience.
Responsibilities
- Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
- Supporting store overall replenishment & housekeeping.
- Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.
- Being a cashier and promote expertise in Watsons VIP Member Card.
- Provide skincare advice to customers.
- Provide customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Responsible for stock replenishment and promotion execution.
- Actively involved in roadshows/corporate events.
