Job summary

PIXX MY Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a friendly Skincare Beauty Advisor to assist customers with skin type assessments, concerns, and product recommendations.

You will demonstrate makeup and skincare routines, promote products, provide samples, answer questions, and build repeat business while supporting promotional events and collaborative campaigns with the marketing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in cosmetics or skincare sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform product demonstrations and explain benefits clearly.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Consulting with customers to determine their skin type, skincare concerns, style preferences.
2. Demonstrate proper use of makeup and skin care products.
3. Promoting and selling skincare products to customers.
4. Demonstrating and educating customers on the benefits and features of the skincare products.
5. Conducting product demonstrations and providing product samples to potential customers.
6. Answering customer questions about the products and addressing any concerns they may have.
7. Building relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
8. Keeping track of inventory and ensuring that the products are properly stocked on shelves.
9. Analysing sales data and developing strategies to increase sales.
10. Participating in promotional events, such as trade shows, to promote the brand and products.
11. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
12. Providing feedback to the company on customer preferences, product performance, and competition in the market.
