Job summary

Clef is seeking a Beauty Advisor in Kuala Lumpur to be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service, sharing product knowledge, and creating memorable shopping experiences. You will help customers find skincare solutions while supporting store operations and achieving sales targets.

You will greet customers, provide personalized consultations, demonstrate products, maintain product knowledge, handle transactions, stock shelves, and contribute to promotions and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Beauty, Retail, or related field is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail or beauty industry preferred (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
