Qualifications

• Degree in electronics/electrical engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience in PCB/PCBA failure analysis or repair.
• Ability to read and analyze circuit diagrams and complex electronics.

Responsibilities

• Perform failure analysis and troubleshooting for lithium-battery modules, high-voltage boxes, battery PACKs, and energy storage systems with defects.
• Investigate customer complaints, returned products, and field failures; identify root causes, carry out repairs, and verify product performance.
• Prepare Failure Analysis reports and proposed corrective actions; collaborate with Production, Quality, R&D and other teams for closure.
• Use diagnostic tools to locate electrical and functional failures at component, PCB, module, or system levels.
• Develop and improve repair manuals, troubleshooting guides, SOPs, and technical standards.
• Provide training and coaching to repair technicians to strengthen troubleshooting capabilities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce failures and improve repair efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain accurate repair, analysis, and traceability records through MES and internal systems.
