Job summary

Kenny Hills Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled Bartender for a full-time, on-site role in Malaysia. In this position you will welcome customers, suggest beverages, prepare drinks, manage inventories, and assist with menu planning and new cocktails.

Proven bartending experience is preferred; you should be energetic, professional, and capable of handling night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Meal allowances and meal provision are among the offered benefits.

Qualifications

• Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers, reading and listening to beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
• Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing, and serving beverages to customers.
• Checking identification to ensure legal age for alcohol.
• Taking inventory and ordering supplies to keep bar and tables well-stocked.
• Adhering to food safety and quality regulations.
• Handling cash, cards, and balancing the register.
• Maintaining a clean work and dining area.
• Developing new cocktail recipes.
