Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Experience as a Bartender, Barista or in the Food & Beverage industry is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation, beverage-making techniques and equipment operation is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic cash handling and POS system skills.
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing and serving beverages, including coffee, tea and other specialty drinks, while providing excellent customer service.
• Ensures beverage quality and consistency, maintains cleanliness of the bar or coffee station, handles customer orders and follows food safety and hygiene standards.
