Job summary

The Cowboy Burgers is seeking an enthusiastic cafe team member in Ipoh, Malaysia to maintain a clean station and dining area, prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food, and deliver great customer service.

You will welcome customers, take orders, process payments, and help with opening/closing duties while keeping up with health and safety standards. Weekly content creation for social platforms may be involved.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the coffee station, dining area, service counter, and work areas.
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food according to company standards.
• Welcome customers, take orders, process payments, serve food and beverages, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including equipment setup, cleaning, and daily preparation.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and notify the manager for restocking.
• Capture photos and videos of food, beverages, promotions, and daily café activities for social media.
• Create simple, engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and assist in promoting new products and campaigns
• Assist in developing new menu items or improving existing recipes.
• Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards to maintain a safe work environment.
