Job summary

Tealive in Bentong, Malaysia is seeking enthusiastic team members to serve drinks and welcome customers with a big smile. Join our frontline in a fast-paced cafe, promote our beverages, ensure quality standards, and maintain clean, well-stocked dining areas.

As part of the team you will greet customers, explain products, handle cash, and help drive sales while keeping the venue tidy and hygienic for all guests.

Qualifications

• Must have SPM/O-Level qualification.
• Experience in a food and beverage environment is an advantage.
• Able to work overtime and on weekends/public holidays.
• Willing to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly service.
• Explain products clearly and promote/upsell drinks and snacks.
• Handle cash registers and daily financial transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Restock and tidy dining areas and counters.

Job description

To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers

Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.

Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP

Manage cash registers and handle daily financial transactions accurately.

Able to explain all products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times

Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils

Assure the cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas such as countertops.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.

Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer facing responsibilities is an added advantage.

Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday .
