Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd in Negeri Sembilan is looking for a friendly cafe assistant to prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, greet customers, and describe menu items. You will maintain clean work areas, assist with stock, and handle payments with a smile.

Training is provided for non-barista applicants. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, and owning transport is a plus.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge.
• Prefer candidates with own transport.
• Non-barista experience candidates are welcome as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks per recipe and presentation standard.
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Responsible for stock arrangement.
• Greet and connect with every customer.
• Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers.
• Receive and process customer payments.
• Ensure high quality of service.
