Responsibilities include greeting customers, describing menu items, handling payments, and ensuring service quality while supporting stock management. Training will be provided for non-barista candidates.

Qualificações

• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Willingness to learn new beverage preparation techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to recipe and presentation standard.
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Responsible for stock arrangement.
• Greet and connect with every customer.
• Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers.
• Receive and process customer payments.
• Ensure high quality of service.
