Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a cafe team member to prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and specialty beverages, following recipe and presentation standards. You will greet customers and describe menu items, offering recommendations.

You will clean and sanitize work areas, manage stock, handle payments, and ensure high quality service. Vaccination requirement and SPM qualification are noted, and training is provided for non-barista applicants.

Formación

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• SPM/Secondary school certificate is required.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic, and willing to learn.
• Candidates with own transport are preferred.
• Non-barista experience welcome as training will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to recipe and standard.
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Responsible for stock arrangement.
• Greet and connect with every customer.
• Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers.
