Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya is seeking a friendly cafe team member to prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, greet customers and explain the menu. You will handle payments, keep work areas clean, and support stock and inventory with a focus on quality service.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (English and Bahasa Malaysia), energetic, and eager to learn. Training is provided for non-baristas; owning transport is a plus. This is an on-site position in Selangor, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn.
• Prefer candidates with own transport.
• Non-barista welcome; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks per recipe and presentation standards.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Stock arrangement and inventory support.
• Greet customers and explain menu items; make recommendations.
• Receive and process customer payments; ensure accuracy and speed.
• Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
