Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd is hiring front-of-house staff to prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, greet customers, describe menu items, and handle payments. Training will be provided for non-barista candidates while ensuring a welcoming, high-quality service standard.

Applicants should have a Secondary School certificate, be vaccinated, and possess good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills. Transport is preferred for easier commuting.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Secondary School / SPM certificate in any field.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge.
• Prefer candidates with own transport.
• Non-barista candidates are welcome as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to recipe and presentation standard.
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Responsible for stock arrangement.
• Greet and connect with every customer.
• Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers.
• Receive and process customer payments.
• Ensure high quality of service.
