Qualifications
- Diploma in Barista or related subject.
- Mandarin proficiency is encouraged for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking students and parents.
- Experience as a professional barista or barista trainer is preferred; fresh graduates with strong knowledge are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional barista training for beginners and advanced learners.
- Deliver both theoretical lessons and hands-on practical training.
- Assess learners' knowledge, skills and overall competency.
- Design and develop barista training modules, lesson plans and manuals.
- Prepare student handbooks, trainer guides and presentation slides.
- Develop quizzes, assignments and practical rubrics.
- Maintain coffee machines and training facilities to keep them clean and safe.
