Job summary

Tealive is seeking enthusiastic team members for our Penang outlets to brew tea and coffee, serve drinks, greet customers with a smile, and ensure products meet quality standards.

You will manage cash registers, explain products, upsell when possible, and keep work and dining areas clean, restocked, and sanitized. Overtime, flexible hours, weekends and public holidays may be required, with opportunities for promotion and training provided.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
• Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer-facing responsibilities is an added advantage.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday.

Responsibilities

• Brew coffee or tea and serve drinks to customers.
• Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.
• Explain products clearly and promote upsell to customers.
• Manage cash registers and handle daily financial transactions accurately.
• Clean and restock work and dining areas, empty trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Assure the cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas such as countertops.
