Job summary

Empat Sekawan in Penang, Malaysia is seeking friendly Service Crew and Baristas to join our fast-paced F&B team. You will greet customers, take orders, prepare beverages, maintain quality, and support daily operations with the kitchen and service team.

Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided. Fluency in Malay and English is preferred, with Mandarin a bonus. A positive attitude and good work ethic are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B, restaurant, café, or barista work is an advantage; training provided for fresh graduates or inexperienced applicants.
• Strong communication in Malay and English; Mandarin is a bonus.
