Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to Kösa Coffee standards and recipes.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
• Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude; take orders accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience.
• Handle customer payments accurately and assist with cashier duties.
• Work closely with the kitchen and café team to ensure smooth daily operations.
