Job summary

ZUS Coffee IOI City Mall is seeking a Barista on the First Floor to deliver outstanding customer service and craft high-quality beverages. You will engage customers, share the coffee journey, and uphold ZUS Coffee’s standards in presentation and taste.

You will mentor fellow baristas, handle busy service calmly, and contribute to continuous improvements in service flow and product quality. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Coffee Barista with excellent customer service.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
• Secondary School/SPM certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement activities, gather feedback, and share product insights.
• Maintain consistency and excellence in coffee beverage preparation and presentation.
• Mentor and train other baristas, including latte art techniques.
• Address and resolve customer issues to enhance satisfaction.
• Suggest and implement improvements in coffee prep processes and service flow.
