Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a friendly Barista for Beacon Executive Suites. You will prepare and serve beverages to standard, greet customers, describe menu items, and ensure high service quality. Training is provided for non-baristas.

Vaccination against at least 2 doses is expected, and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Candidate should have a Secondary School/SPM certificate, good communication skills, and preferably own transport to reach the Beacon

Qualifications

• Vaccination of at least 2 doses.
• Secondary School/SPM certificate required.

• Good interpersonal skills and energetic attitude.
• Own transport preferred.
• Non-barista candidates welcome as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks to recipe and presentation standards.
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils and equipment.
• Assist with stock arrangement and inventory as needed.
• Greet customers and describe menu items; make recommendations.
• Receive and process customer payments; ensure high service quality.
