Job summary

Tealive Shah Alam is seeking a full-time Barista to brew coffee and tea and deliver friendly service at Aeon Shah Alam. You will greet customers with enthusiasm, explain products clearly, and upsell while maintaining high quality and SOP standards. You will also manage cash, clean and restock the cafe, ensure sanitation, and follow safety practices.

Qualifications

Must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer facing responsibilities is an added advantage.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday.

Responsibilities

To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers.
Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.
Ensure every drink served to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.
Manage cash registers and handle daily financial transactions accurately.
Able to explain all products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times.
Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
Assure the cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas such as countertops.
