Job summary

Tealive DT Setia Sentral, Butterworth is seeking a full-time Barista to brew coffee and tea and serve drinks to customers, welcoming every guest with a smile and enthusiasm. You will explain products clearly and upsell when appropriate, while maintaining high quality by following SOPs and keeping the counter clean.

Role requires overtime and availability on weekends and public holidays. Applicants should have at least SPM/O-Level; prior beverage-service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Able to work overtime and on weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Brew coffee and tea and serve drinks to customers.
