ICE BLANC DAIRY SDN BHD is seeking a beverage product R&D specialist to customize testing, develop application plans, and support sales with market insights. You will coordinate samples for formula design, conduct on-site testing, and help improve product quality, taste, and stability to meet evolving consumer needs.

Experience in coffee/tea product development and successful R&D cases will be favored; multilingual English and Mandarin are preferred.

• Customize beverage product testing and send reference samples to technical design promptly.
• Conduct on-site sample testing with customers and report feedback to sales and R&D.
• Improve and optimize existing beverage products for quality, taste, and stability.
• Join sales visits, assess brand tonality, and assist market research with regional data.
• Develop personalized product application plans and perform on-site demos/training.
• Prepare application proposals in collaboration with Marketing and R&D.
• Analyze market feedback and sales data to identify issues and implement solutions.

Jobbeschreibung

1. Customize coffee/tea product testing and provide reference samples: Coordinate with customer needs to select samples properly and send them to the technical department for formula design in a timely manner.

2. Customer sample testing: After finalizing the samples, deliver them to customers for technical application in a timely manner. Conduct on - site sample testing with customers, obtain feedback information, and promptly report it to the regional sales department and the company's R & D department.

3. Improve and optimize existing beverage products, enhancing performance indicators such as product quality, taste, and stability to meet the changing needs of consumers and the requirements of market competition.

4. Accompany sales teams for customer visits, determine brand tonality, communicate with the customer's R & D department, understand customer needs, assist sales in market research, and collect regional brand information and conduct analysis.

5. Develop personalized product application plans according to customer needs, conduct on - site demonstrations and training to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty to the products.

6. Application proposal: According to customer needs, communicate with the marketing department and the R & D department to design effective application proposals.

7. Analyze market feedback and sales data, identify product problems and areas for improvement, propose effective solutions, and implement them.

Job requirements:

1. Mandarin and English are acceptable working languages.

2. Have more than 2 years of work experience in product R & D technology application in the beverage industry.

3. Those with successful R & D cases of coffee products/tea drink products will be given priority.

4. Candidates who have won international barista awards will be given priority.
