Job summary

Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel And Residences is seeking an experienced Beverage & Bar Manager to oversee daily operations across bars and beverage outlets. You will lead and develop the beverage team, ensure premium service, manage costs, and collaborate with departments to optimize guest satisfaction and revenue.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in luxury hotel bar/beverage, strong leadership, and expertise in mixology, cocktails, wines and spirits.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years in bar/beverage with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of bar operations, mixology, cocktails, wines and spirits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel POS and inventory systems preferred.
• Professional grooming, positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced five-star hotel.
• Strong command of English; other languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of hotel bars and beverage outlets with guest-focused service.
• Maintain high beverage quality, presentation, cleanliness and ambience.
• Lead, coach and develop the beverage team; ensure staffing based on occupancy.
• Coordinate with departments to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Monitor beverage costs, stock, wastage and inventory control.
• Develop beverage menus, promotions and seasonal concepts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and hotel procedures.
• Support VIP events, weddings and banquets with beverage service.
