Job summary

United Teleservice Marketing Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Call Centre Operator to handle outbound calls and promote banking products. You will build relationships with customers over the phone, delivering high-quality service in line with provided scripts and factsheets.

The role offers a high basic salary with commission, EPF & SOCSO, medical benefits, and convenient access near LRT/MRT/Monorail. Normal working hours with public-holiday off; walk-in interviews available Mon-Fri 9am-4pm.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound calls to provided database promoting banking product.
• Build relationships and communicate with customers over the telephone and provide high standards of service by following presentation guidelines in accordance to product factsheet and sales script
