Job summary

JANICE RESOURCES in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Service Executive for outbound sales. You will make daily outbound calls to prospective customers, explain banking products, handle inquiries, and drive sales through a commission-based structure.

This role requires strong communication, fluency in Malay and English, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment with ongoing training and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in cold calling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
• Background in banking, financial services, loans, or related industries encouraged.
• Able to handle high volume outbound calls and maintain rapport with customers.
• Fluent in Malay and English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
• Contact customers to understand their financial needs and introduce suitable banking and financial products.
• Explain product features, benefits, eligibility and application requirements clearly to customers.
• Handle customer questions, objections and enquiries professionally.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Record and update customer information and call activities accurately in the system.
• Follow up with customers throughout the application and sales process.
• Work closely with the team to achieve overall sales objectives.
• Keep updated on relevant banking products, promotions and customer requirements.
