Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a DevOps Engineer to automate and maintain mobile and web applications within the banking domain. The role focuses on building automated deployment processes and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

You will work on CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Ansible, and related tooling, improve system monitoring, and contribute to service readiness and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science & Information Technology.
• 3+ years of working experience in DevOps engineering.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and automation.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools.
• Strong Unix, networking fundamentals and security knowledge.
• Experience with logging formats (JSON, syslog, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Implement CI/CD and automation for mobile and web applications within the banking domain.
• Design, develop, test and maintain automated solutions integrating with third-party and internal applications.
• Enhance platform services via Jenkins, Ansible; improve monitoring and reliability.
