CIMB Group Malaysia is seeking a qualified Bancassurance Sales Associate to promote a wide range of life insurance products to existing and potential customers at the branch level. You will advise based on customer needs, ensure satisfaction, and support cross-selling with other relationship managers.

The role targets individual sales performance and requires timely follow-up, compliance with policies, and ongoing product knowledge development.

Formación

• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Diploma or degree in any field is acceptable
• STPM/SPM with credits in Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin and Mathematics

Responsabilidades

• Promote and professionally sell Bancassurance life insurance products to bank customers
• Provide professional advice on financial products based on customer needs
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent after-sales service
• Plan and implement Bancassurance sales activities
• Act promptly on leads and follow-up activities
• Acquire good knowledge of Bancassurance products in the market
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards branch targets
• Manage sales pipeline and participate in sales management routines
• Keep updated with product and service information
• Participate in CPD activities to increase knowledge and skills
• Report status and issues to branch managers as needed
• Adhere to CIMB Bank policies and regulatory guidelines
