Leighton Asia Limited in Selangor, Malaysia, seeks a BAMS Engineer to assist in design, development, and integration of building automation and monitoring systems within complex facilities.

You will review drawings, validate I/O lists, and coordinate with MEP, Fire Protection, Security, and other subsystems while engaging in BIM coordination meetings to resolve clashes. A degree in Electrical Engineering and 3–5 years in BMS/BAMS design are required.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; 3–5 years in BMS/BAMS design and coordination.
• Experience in data centre, commercial, industrial, or mission-critical facilities is an advantage.
• BIM coordination experience in multidisciplinary projects is required.
• Familiarity with building automation and MEP integration is essential.

Mansioni

• Assist in design, development, and implementation of BAMS architecture and control systems.
• Review BAMS drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Develop, review, and validate I/O lists for controls and monitoring systems.
• Coordinate integration between BAMS and MEP, Fire Protection, Security, and related systems.
• Review communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, SNMP, OPC, MQTT, TCP/IP.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and multidisciplinary reviews.
• Coordinate interfaces and resolve clashes with MEP subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review Material Submission Approvals and technical submissions.
