Job summary

Ugly Doh Bakery in Johor Bahru is seeking a dedicated Baker (Full-Time) to join its growing team. If you love baking and want to develop your career in a fast-paced bakery, we want to hear from you.

Salary starts from RM2300 onward. We offer EPF & SOCSO, OT pay, a friendly working environment, staff training, and additional incentives on top of salary. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Passion for baking and love for pastries.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Punctual, responsible and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and bakery products according to company recipes and standards.
• Ensure products are fresh, consistent, and of high quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.
• Assist with ingredient preparation and stock management.
• Follow food safety and quality control procedures.
• Work closely with the team to ensure daily production targets are met.
