Job summary

AI Rudder is building a cutting-edge AI voice automation platform to transform customer experiences in call centers. You will help design and develop intelligent conversational robots, and take ownership of core architectural components.

The role emphasizes rapid iteration, reliability, and collaboration across teams in Southeast Asia. The candidate will work with Linux environments, TCP/IP and HTTP, and gain exposure to large-scale distributed systems, with a preference for Python experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of Golang development experience.
• Deep understanding of Linux and TCP/IP, HTTP protocols.
• Familiar with common middleware products for storage, caching, and messaging.
• Strong architectural design and ability to optimize large distributed systems.
• Good communication, responsibility, and self-motivation.
• Hands-on Python development experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design, development, and iteration of intelligent conversational robot systems and AI SaaS sytems.
• Handle maintenance, development, and optimization of related projects.
• Lead the foundational development of project components, including architectural design, development, and subsequent optimization.
• Independently complete rapid iteration and delivery of business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with 3+ years of Golang development experience.
• Deep understanding of Linux and common commands, with familiarity in network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, and gCRP.
• Proficient in using common middleware products, including storage, caching, and message queues.
• Strong business and technical architecture capabilities, familiar with designing and optimizing large-scale, complex distributed system architectures.
• Strong logical thinking, responsibility, excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and coordination abilities.
• Passionate about technology, willing to take on challenges, and skilled at summarizing and solving problems.
• Hands-on Python development experience is preferred.
