Job summary

Continental is seeking a Sales Specialist to be the focal point to customers in the market, driving value selling of tire products and services. You will join the Replacement Tires Business team and generate profitable sales growth through dealer network development and proactive account management.

Responsibilities include achieving KPIs, developing the dealer network, using digital tools for prospecting, and training customers on market, product, and digital insights.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a B2B sales role, preferably dealer management in automotive/FMCG/lubricants
• Fluent in English and Chinese dialects; good communication skills
• Ability to work independently with initiative and ownership to achieve results in a challenging environment

Responsibilities

• Meet sales KPI targets set by management.
• Develop and expand dealer network with strong customer service.
• Prepare customer budgets aligned with regional plans.
• Provide market feedback and insights to internal teams.
• Forecast and propose business development plans for account growth.
• Maintain excellent service and relationships with customers, ensuring timely payments.
