Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a results-driven B2B sales leader to drive revenue growth across cafes, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, retailers and distributors. The role involves developing sales strategies, identifying new customers and building long-term relationships, while leading product presentations and negotiations.

You will prepare quotations, monitor market trends, manage forecasts, set KPIs, recruit and coach the sales team, and collaborate with Production, R&D and Management to pursue

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and secure new customers including cafes, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, retailers and distributors
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
• Lead product presentations, sampling and customer negotiations
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial agreements
• Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activities
• Develop and manage the sales pipeline and sales forecasts
• Set sales targets and KPIs for the sales team
• Recruit, train and coach sales team members
• Work closely with Production, R&D and Management to support customer requirements and new product opportunities
• Take ownership of overall sales growth and business development
