Job summary

Jabil in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking an Enterprise Business Integration specialist to maintain and support our B2B integration platforms, including Sterling SI and Axway B2Bi, ensuring secure data exchange with trading partners.

You will document application processes, manage on-call support and maintenance, and work with audit teams to ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Quality standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of B2B concepts and protocols.
• Experience with Sterling Integrator or Axway B2Bi.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and related data concepts.
• Ability to document processes and create diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain & support existing Integration business system applications (Sterling SI, Axway B2Bi).
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Quality policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of data and proprietary information.
• Document application processes and procedures.
• Handle workload management, email, and meetings efficiently.
• Collaborate with Audit teams and follow compliance procedures.
• Respond to and participate in on-call support and maintenance activities.
