Job summary

Jabil, a global leader in engineering, manufacturing and supply chain solutions, is seeking an Enterprise Business Integration professional to support our B2B data exchanges. You will work with Sterling SI, Axway B2Bi and related middleware to connect Jabil with trading partners using AS2/AS3, SFTP, SSH and PKI encryption.

This role requires operating system familiarity (Windows, Unix, Linux), SQL Server knowledge, and the ability to create Visio diagrams and PowerPoint presentations.

Qualifications

• Understanding of B2B concepts and protocols such as AS2/AS3, SFTP, SSH, PKI encryption.
• Experience with Sterling Integrator, Axway B2Bi, Axway CFT or equivalent middleware.
• Knowledge of SAP IDOC processing and EDI standards ANSI/EDIFACT.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases.
• Ability to create Visio diagrams and PowerPoint presentations.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain & support existing Integration business system applications: Sterling SI, Axway B2Bi and related systems.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Quality policies.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality of data and proprietary information.
• Document application processes and procedures.
• Effective workload management and prompt meeting attendance.
• Work with Audit teams and comply with procedures.
• Respond to and participate in on‑call support and scheduled maintenance activities.
