WW Pragmatic Solutions is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive growth through digital marketing, lead generation, SEO, content, and performance advertising. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and results-oriented with strong B2B marketing experience.

You will develop strategies to generate qualified leads, collaborate with Sales to improve conversion, and oversee SEO, paid campaigns, content, and social media. Regular performance reviews will optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing or marketing management.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, GA, Meta Ads, and performance marketing.
• Experience in White Label Solution & Black Hat SEO is preferred.
• B2B, SaaS, or technology industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
• Generate qualified B2B leads and work with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion, and customer acquisition.
• Lead SEO initiatives, including keyword research, competitor analysis, content opportunities, on-page/technical SEO, and link building.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads, and track performance, CPL, conversions, and ROI.
• Lead content and social media marketing across websites, blogs, social platforms, and promotional materials.
• Monitor marketing performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate marketing activities with internal teams and external partners.
• Support the marketing team and stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
