Job summary

BATERIKU (M) SDN. BHD. seeks a dynamic Sales Executive to promote Bateriku services and products to workshop clients and corporate customers in Malaysia. You will build long-term relationships, meet sales targets, and travel to meet clients as needed.

Layout includes base salary plus commission, with opportunities to grow within a expanding nationwide automotive ecosystem. Candidates should be results-driven and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience in automotive or related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell Astra products to workshops and corporate clients.
• Identify potential clients and initiate contact to establish new accounts.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
• Willing to entertain customers outside working hours.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base.
• Research market trends and identify new business opportunities within the automotive industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with workshop owners, managers, and corporate decision-makers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive client experience.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager.
• Track sales performance against targets and develop plans to achieve them.
• Stay updated on product specifications, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical support as needed.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales events.
