Job summary

Qualifications
- Proven Python development experience in production environments.
- Ability to code autonomously with limited AI assistance.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and serverless services (Lambda).
- Experience building and supporting APIs and cloud integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot live issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Experience in Agile Scrum teams and short iterations.
- Clear English communication for client-facing work.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Nice to have Amazon Connect experience.
- Familiarity with observability: logging, monitoring, alerting.
- Experience supporting cloud migration or modernization.
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance Python services running on AWS, including AWS Lambda.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis and fixes.
- Support migration activities and stabilize systems during change.
- Deliver small features from definition to release.
- Collaborate in Scrum ceremonies and with client stakeholders.
- Maintain code quality through reviews, testing and docs.
- Monitor service health and improve reliability and performance.
