Michael Page partners with a leading international financial institution to recruit a Senior Business Analyst for Wealth Lending. Shape product strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives across business and technology, and ensure regulatory alignment in a dynamic, global environment.

The role requires 12+ years of experience in business or product analysis within financial services, with deep Wealth Lending experience and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or financial services technology.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex initiatives.
• Deep Wealth Lending or Wealth Management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of product, process, data, controls and platform integration.
• Experience in requirements analysis, Agile, Scrum and software change management.
• Proven ability to resolve ambiguity and take end-to-end ownership of analysis outcomes.
• Experience coaching other analysts and establishing analysis standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute product, client, market and technology insights to the Wealth Lending roadmap.
• Elicit, analyse, validate and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business objectives, client needs and regulatory requirements into clear, testable requirements.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture and business stakeholders.
• Perform impact, dependency, option and risk analysis for proposed changes.
• Support testing, implementation, UAT and post-release validation.
• Analyse current-state processes and define future-state processes and data flows.
• Lead business analysis for complex, cross-system and strategic initiatives.
• Provide coaching and quality oversight to Business Analysts.
• Ensure compliance with governance, risk and regulatory standards.
