Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a senior engineering leader to drive strategy and delivery for Wealth Equities. You will steer large-scale transformations across global tech teams, align solutions with business goals, and design end-to-end platforms.

The role requires strong leadership, cloud/DevOps knowledge, and experience with SAFe/agile practices. The successful candidate will oversee multiple squads, contribute to governance and risk management, and partner with Product Owners, Architects,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience managing and delivering complex enterprise technology projects.
• Strong engineering background with experience delivering scalable technical solutions.
• Experience leading multiple projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Ability to interact with APIs, databases, and technical systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications are advantageous.
