Job summary

Kenanga Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to support the Product Solutions & KYC function within Investment Operations, focusing on client onboarding, KYC documentation, product and mandate setup, client record maintenance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

You will ensure compliance with KYC, AML/CFT, FATCA/CRS and regulatory requirements, support audits and regulatory requests, and act as an escalation point for onboarding, client

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in KYC, client onboarding, investment operations, or product operations.
• Knowledge of KYC, AML/CFT, FATCA/CRS, and regulatory documentation.
• Familiar with investment operations, product setup, and client account maintenance.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding and ensure KYC documents are complete and properly maintained.
• Support account opening, client maintenance, and authorised signatory updates.
• Assist in product, mandate, and fund setup from an operational perspective.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Compliance, Legal, Fund Management, custodians, trustees, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML/CFT, FATCA/CRS, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits, regulatory requests, management reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Act as an escalation point for onboarding, client maintenance, and product setup matters.
