Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG is seeking an Assistant Vice President for KL CSC Billing Operations to manage daily billing, receivables, and payments while driving risk controls and COB expectations across APAC branches. The role balances hands-on execution with strategic risk management and stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of financial services ops experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with billing platforms and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Banking and Finance, Accountancy, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• ACCA/CIMA/CPA qualifications are a plus.
• 7–10 years in financial services operations; billing processing or custody/funds ops is advantageous.
• Experience in risk and control frameworks, COB methodologies, audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Billing Unit to meet SLAs for APAC branches.
• Oversee receivables, payments, and collections with timely reporting.
• Lead risk controls, control testing, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare service review decks and coordinate with stakeholders across regions.
