Pacific World Travel Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive revenue for SriLankan Airlines' Malaysia expansion. The role involves meeting sales targets, visiting travel agents, and promoting UL products across the market.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in airline/travel sales, strong communication and presentation skills, and comfort with GDS and fare basics. Malaysia-based, monthly salary RM 3,000–RM 4,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the airline or travel industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Target-driven, confident, and able to work independently.
• Experience working with GDS and basic knowledge of airline fares, schedules, and ticketing is highly preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow within the airline commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Conduct regular visits to travel agents, corporate clients, and trade partners to promote UL products and services.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, including groups, corporate accounts, and series operations.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and fare movements to support commercial decisions.
• Work with marketing, reservations, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and market insights for management review.
