Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and coordinate repair and overhaul of engines, modules, and Class 1 assets for AirAsia-owned or leased equipment.
• Review reasons and conditions for asset removals from aircraft.
• Collect and verify removal reports, BSI findings, and on-wing data before sending to shop.
• Evaluate repair quotations and perform cost-benefit analysis for repair vs. replacement decisions.
• Ensure repair orders are issued, approved, and executed in compliance with repair requirements.
• Track repair progress to ensure assets return to service within timelines.
• Coordinate with lessors, OEMs, and independent MROs on lease, swap, and return conditions.
