Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).
• Sales experience is an added advantage but not required.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and client engagement
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and willing to learn
• Possess own transport and willing to travel

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in AV and integrated technology solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and commercial clients
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable AV solutions (with technical team support)
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals to achieve targets
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams for smooth project execution
• Gather market insights to support business growth
