Job summary

ESCO Audio Visual Sdn Bhd is seeking an AV project support coordinator to facilitate planning, installation, and commissioning across diverse projects in Malaysia. You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to keep schedules on track and ensure timely delivery of tasks and technical submissions.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, AV or related field, with 2–3 years in AV/IT project support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Audio Visual, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in AV, IT, or engineering project support/coordination.
• Basic understanding of AV systems and platforms such as Zoom, Cisco, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate AV project execution from planning, installation, to commissioning stages.
• Manage project scheduling, track progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients for project activities.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, drawings, and technical submissions.
• Support procurement activities, material tracking, and delivery coordination.
• Participate in site visits, installation supervision, and system testing/commissioning.
• Manage and resolve technical and coordination issues during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
• Lead project meetings, progress updates, and status reporting.
• Apply AV system knowledge to support project delivery effectively.
